1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PushupWars mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PushupWars is a fitness game application that uses your device camera and AI pose detection to count push-up repetitions and power a Flappy Bird-style game. Features include:
- Single Battle mode — offline boss progression game
- Push-up counter and workout tracker
- Workout history and personal records
- 1v1 Challenge mode (coming soon)
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
⚠️ PushupWars involves physical exercise. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury
- You are solely responsible for your physical condition and safety during use
- PushupWars is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- Ensure you have adequate space around you before starting a session
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages in competitive modes
- Create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboard rankings
5. Intellectual Property
All content within PushupWars — including but not limited to graphics, game design, boss characters, UI elements, and code — is owned by PushupWars and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Free App & Future Monetization
PushupWars is currently free to download and use. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. Any such changes will be clearly communicated and will not remove access to currently free core features without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. AI pose detection accuracy may vary depending on lighting conditions, device capabilities, and user positioning.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushupWars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including physical injury resulting from exercise.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
